Refund Policy

Effective from 01 January 2026


You usually have 14 days after purchase to request a refund, but this depends on the type of course or content you have paid for. 

Any misuse of our Services or violation of the UK copyright law would result in you losing the right to refund. You can read our Terms of Use here.

Courses with instantly downloadable content

If you have purchased a course with instantly downloadable content, or you have received links to private YouTube videos or streams, you will lose the right to request a refund after you start the download. We will prompt you at the point of purchase so you are clear about this policy. We will also send an email to you confirming your purchase and reminding you that a refund is no longer possible.

Paid Webinars

You need to register for the webinar and pay the fee at the point of registration. You can request a full refund up to 48 hours before the webinar goes live. We will remove your booking after receiving your cancellation. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund amount to arrive in your account.

Paid courses with live sessions

These courses usually run over a few weeks or months and payments are made upfront or in instalments. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase and prior to the first live session. 

If you drop out of the course after commencing the programme, we can only make a partial refund depending on what proportion of the course you have attended. For example, if you have attended 2 out of 4 sessions, then we will refund you for the remaining length of the course after you give notice of cancellation via email (2 sessions, 50% refund). Please allow up to two weeks for the refund amount to arrive in your account.
